Anthony Ballard is an experienced information technology professional with a strong background in technical support and management. Currently serving as the Information Technology Support Manager at AGI since January 2020, Anthony previously worked as a Helpdesk Analyst at Fortis Solutions Group, providing support for over 750 employees and overseeing hardware procurement and deployment processes. Anthony's earlier experience includes roles at Cox Communications and extensive service in the US Army, where responsibilities ranged from customer advocacy to training coordination and network administration. Anthony holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Security, a Bachelor’s degree in Network Security, and an Associate’s degree in Network Security from ECPI University, along with additional credits in Business Administration and Management from American Military University.
