Žiga Makuc has been a part of Agilcon since October 2013, where Žiga has held various roles such as Delivery Director, Delivery Manager, Salesforce Consultant, and Salesforce Developer. Žiga leads a team of over 30 professionals, has delivered numerous projects, and is responsible for revenue planning and management. Additionally, Žiga established the IT department at the company and mentors team leaders and IT specialists. Apart from their work at Agilcon, Žiga is also a Karate Instructor at Sankukai karate zveza Slovenije, where Žiga trains children, referees Kumite matches, and organizes fundraising events. Žiga has a BSc/MSc in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Ljubljana and has a background in music education as well.
