Paul Bobert has diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Paul started their career in 2016 at Sony, where they worked in Human Resources for two years. In 2018, they joined Bosch Packaging Technology as a Human Resources Development professional. After that, in 2019, they worked for a few months at Porsche Consulting in a similar role. In 2021, Paul Bobert transitioned to Blue Mountain Healthcare, where they worked in Strategic Marketing for six months. Currently, they are employed at Agile Heroes as a Consultant, starting in March 2023.
Paul Bobert completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Organization Studies from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Hohenheim, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. During their undergraduate years, Paul also participated in an exchange program called "Japan in Today´s World" at Kyushu University from 2016 to 2017.
Additionally, Paul Bobert holds certifications from various institutions. These include the title of "OKR Master" from TrueAgile - Institute for Agility & Innovation, the "Professional Scrum Master I" certification from Scrum.org, and the "SAFe 6 Agilist" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. The exact dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
