Ljubica Pavlovska currently serves as the Regional Manager at Agile Pro Solutions since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ljubica was the Head of Operations at CMX Solutions GmbH from March 2023 to March 2024 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Agile Pro Solutions from July 2021 to March 2023. Ljubica's extensive experience includes serving as Call Center Manager at Studio Moderna Macedonia from October 2015 to June 2021 and Senior Campaign Specialist at Vip operator – Member of Telekom Austria Group from July 2009 to September 2015, where responsibilities involved developing communication strategies for product campaigns. Additionally, Ljubica was Client Service Director at TDM Communications from October 1998 to July 2009, overseeing account management and media strategies. Ljubica also contributed as a Local Short-term Communication Expert for the European Agency for Reconstruction on two separate occasions in 2008 and 2009. Ljubica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrotechnics from the University "St. Kiril and Metodij" in Skopje, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
