Yuliia Palianychka

Yuliia Palianychka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering operations and IT recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Operations at AgileEngine since October 2019, Yuliia focuses on enhancing process improvement and driving internal initiatives related to hiring, career development, and talent operations management. Prior to this role, Yuliia worked as an IT Recruiter at Daxx Software Development Teams in Ukraine from November 2017 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, conducting HR interviews, and collaborating directly with clients from the EU and USA. Yuliia holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Math from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
