Oscar Olalla

Oscar Olalla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations, particularly in the life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemistries sectors. As the Worldwide Customer Operations Senior Director at Agilent Technologies since February 2010, Oscar oversees global Quote to Cash operations. Previously, Oscar held the position of EMEAI Customer Operations Center Senior Manager, also at Agilent Technologies, focusing on Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Prior to this, Oscar served as Operating Manager for the EMEAI Northern area at GE and as Manager of Operations at GE Money Bank, following a tenure as Supervisor at Deloitte España. Oscar holds an MBA from ESMT Berlin and a Licentiate degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universidad de Valladolid.
