OOH Customer Service Advisors –Full Time – Rochdale Office On -Site

Based on site - Rochdale Riverside One
£22,800 (37.5 hours) working towards £25,800 through key milestones/experience

Our operating hours are Monday-Friday between 17:00 – 01:00 Saturdays and Sundays and all Bank Holidays

Week Five Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat/Sun 5pm – 1am

We are looking to hire enthusiastic, flexible, and driven OOH Customer Service Advisors to provide a professional and efficient telephony service for our Kent customers.
Our Contact centre is based in the heart of Rochdale with local car parking available. You will be required to be within a reasonable commuting distance from our office.
Working at Agilisys in collaboration with our clients, you will be the first point of contact for our Out Of Hours emergency services. Based in a fast-paced contact centre environment working alongside a friendly and professional team, we will invest in your development to ensure you can deliver the best service for our customers.
