Erica Watson

Erica Watson joined Agility PR Solutions as the Director of Account Management in early 2021. She has worked in the SaaS space for over 10 years with a focus on customer retention and growth. Prior to Agility, Erica was the Director of Account Management for an HR tech company where she helped them transition their business to a subscription model. Her other leadership roles include being an early team member of iQ Media, where she began her career in sales. As the business grew, Erica started, expanded, and oversaw the Account Management organization. Erica’s passions are traveling, animal rescue, and spending time outdoors with her family.
