Christian Thun has extensive work experience in engineering, product management, project management, and network implementation management. From 2018 to present, they have served as the VP of Engineering and Product Management at Agiloft. Prior to that, they worked at T-Systems North America Inc from 2009 to 2018, where they held the role of Senior Technical Product Manager and also took up project and network implementation management responsibilities. From 2000 to 2009, they worked at T-Systems Intl. GmbH, where they were involved in strategic projects and international presales engineering.
Christian Thun obtained a Dipl. Wirtschaftsingenieur degree in Business Administration and Electronics from TU Ilmenau, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Strategic Marketing from the University of Reading, attending from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Christian Thun also obtained several certifications in Cloud Networking and Cloud Computing Applications from various institutions like Coursera and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2018.
