Yuliya Parra

Yuliya Parra currently serves as Vice President of Payor Engagement and Strategy at agilon health, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this, Yuliya worked as an Independent consultant with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona from November 2019 to February 2022 and briefly held the role of Senior Vice President of Provider Contracting at agilon health in 2019. Yuliya's experience includes serving as Market Director for the Pacific Region at Humana from January 2015 to January 2019, where responsibility involved overseeing financial and operational performance, achieving notable growth and retention. Additional roles include Strategic Consultant and Interim Finance Field Director at CenCal Health, as well as positions at Humana and Excellus BCBS, where Yuliya gained expertise in provider contracting, risk administration, and actuarial analysis, beginning with a role as Actuarial Analyst in 2004.
