Aman Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of international business. Aman started their career in 2007 as a Business Development Executive at Reliance Life Sciences, where they identified doctors for promoting diagnostic services and built relationships with medical practitioners and institutions. Aman later became an Area Business Manager, responsible for sales planning and management in the states of Karnataka, Kerala, and part of Tamil Nadu.
In 2012, Aman joined Advinus Therapeutics as a Deputy Manager, where they coordinated with clients, prepared study proposals, and strengthened customer relations. Aman then moved to BioGenex as an Assistant Manager and later as an International Business Development Manager, where their main responsibilities included appointing channel partners in different countries and expanding the customer base.
Most recently, Aman has worked at Agilus Diagnostics since 2014, starting as an International Business Manager and progressing to Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager. Aman is currently serving as the Head of International Business, responsible for overseeing the company's international operations.
Throughout their career, Aman has demonstrated expertise in international business development, strategic planning, team management, and customer relationship management.
Aman Kumar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they studied 10th grade at St. Dominic Savio's High School, Patna, with a focus on SSC.

Instituted in 1995, Agilus is India’s largest chain of diagnostic laboratories by geographic presence and the only lab in India with a pan-India presence. We have an extensive diagnostics network in India spread across 25 states and five union territories covering over 1,000 towns and cities and over 532 districts, as of March 31, 2023. As of March 31, 2023, we had a network of 413 laboratories out of which 43 laboratories were accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (“NABL”), which according to the CRISIL Report, is the largest network of NABL accredited laboratories in India, as of March 31, 2023. Agilus Diagnostics has 1 GRL in Mumbai and 5 regional reference laboratories strategically located in Gurugram in Haryana, Bengaluru in Karnataka, Chennai in Tamil Nadu, Kolkata in West Bengal and Cochin in Kerala. We also have an international presence across the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, Commonwealth of Independent States and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (“SAARC”) region.
