Instituted in 1995, Agilus is India’s largest chain of diagnostic laboratories by geographic presence and the only lab in India with a pan-India presence. We have an extensive diagnostics network in India spread across 25 states and five union territories covering over 1,000 towns and cities and over 532 districts, as of March 31, 2023. As of March 31, 2023, we had a network of 413 laboratories out of which 43 laboratories were accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (“NABL”), which according to the CRISIL Report, is the largest network of NABL accredited laboratories in India, as of March 31, 2023. Agilus Diagnostics has 1 GRL in Mumbai and 5 regional reference laboratories strategically located in Gurugram in Haryana, Bengaluru in Karnataka, Chennai in Tamil Nadu, Kolkata in West Bengal and Cochin in Kerala. We also have an international presence across the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, Commonwealth of Independent States and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (“SAARC”) region.
