Mike Royack

Mike Royack, PMP, currently serves as an Account Manager at Thrive since July 2025, while also holding the position of Senior Customer Success Manager - Team Lead at Agio since April 2019. Previously, Mike held multiple roles at TenFour from January 2016 to April 2019, including Wireless Practice Lead and IT Project Manager, where leadership support and expertise on wireless projects were provided throughout the entire delivery life cycle. Mike's extensive experience includes project management, vendor relationships, and internal training coordination at various organizations, beginning with a strong foundation at Alliant Technologies from 2012 to 2016, and earlier roles at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Sanofi. Mike earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Information Technology from Monmouth University in 2011.
