Mr. Grosskopf is a former Board member of Kirkland Lake Gold (2020-2022) and has been the CEO of Sprott Inc. since 2010.
At Sprott, which is one of the largest mining investors globally, Mr. Grosskopf directly oversees private investment strategies. With 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, his career also includes a long tenure in investment banking. Prior to joining Sprott, Mr. Grosskopf was President of Cormark Securities Inc. and co-founder of Newcrest Capital Inc. which was acquired by TD Bank Financial Group in 2000.
Mr. Grosskopf is a CFA® charterholder and holds a degree in Business Administration (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration (Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario).
