Himanshu K is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Greenheck since November 2018, specializing in the implementation and refinement of manufacturing processes through Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles. Prior experience includes a role as a Manufacturing Engineer at BD from May 2017 to November 2018, focusing on people management, continuous improvement, and the implementation of shopfloor documentation. Prior to that, as a Process Engineer at Asahi India Glass Limited from January 2015 to April 2017, Himanshu K concentrated on process improvement, quality commitment, and training. Starting in June 2014, a brief tenure as a Trainee at Surya Global Steel Tubes Limited provided foundational learning in manufacturing processes. Himanshu K holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Lovely Professional University, completed in 2015, and has a solid educational background in science and mathematics.

Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries applied to multiple use cases in the mobility and energy sectors, to match our customers’ requirements. Agratas will also support its customers with the integration of cells into their applications, such as modules and packs. We have already secured two anchor customers, Tata Motors and JLR. They provide us with the scale to establish our global battery business. Agratas will be driven by our pursuit of green growth and technological progress. We will develop next-generation battery technologies at new R&D Innovation Hubs in India and the UK, collaborating with world-leading universities, research institutions and strategic partners. We are a scale-up business with a start-up mentality. Our name, derived from the Sanskrit word ‘Agra’, the world’s oldest language, stands for leadership. It reflects our ambition to be purpose driven, pioneering power for future generations.
