Jim Paye is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in the automotive safety electronics sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Pack Engineering at Agratas since November 2024, Paye previously held the position of Vice President - Product/Program Management at Lyten from May 2022 to November 2024. A significant tenure at A123 Systems from June 2015 to May 2022 involved responsibilities as Executive General Manager, focusing on low voltage battery technology development across North America and Europe. Paye's leadership at Takata spanned from engineering manager to Vice President and Chief Engineer of Global Electronics from June 1998 to June 2015, overseeing a global engineering team and managing product strategy and portfolio for active and passive safety electronics.
