Prior roles include Head of Sourcing and Supply Chain at Tivolt Electric Vehicles, and General Manager of Sourcing and Supply Chain for New Mobility at Reliance Industries Limited, where responsibilities encompassed developing sourcing strategies for advanced technologies in electric and hydrogen mobility. Karthik has substantial experience from key positions at Ashok Leyland and Ford Motor Company, focusing on sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and cost management for both conventional and electric vehicle components. Karthik holds a PGPM FLEX in Operations & Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
