Srikanth Konda currently serves as the Head of Process Engineering at Agratas, where responsibilities include Li Ion cell process design and module and pack assembly process design engineering since September 2023. Prior to this role, Srikanth held the position of Senior Manager - Process Development and Engineering at Olam from August 2021 to September 2023, focusing on various food categories such as bakery and dairy. Srikanth also contributed as a Sr Engineer in Process Development at Mondelēz International from May 2017 to July 2021, and worked as a Principal Process Engineer at Saipem from September 2014 to April 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Process Engineer at GE from June 2007 to August 2014, specializing in process and product development for gasification and integrated gasification combined cycle plants. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

They provide us with the scale to establish our global battery business. Agratas will be driven by our pursuit of green growth and technological progress. We will develop next-generation battery technologies at new R&D Innovation Hubs in India and the UK, collaborating with world-leading universities, research institutions and strategic partners.
