Viswanadham Gudivada is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in project finance and management. Currently serving as Project Finance Controller at Agratas since March 2023, Viswanadham held the position of Director Project Finance at Ola Electric from February 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Ford Motor Company from January 2011 to February 2021 as LL6 Manager was marked by key contributions. Viswanadham began the career at Mphasis, where from August 2007 to December 2010, responsibilities included supporting EDS and transitioning various roles from Malaysia, ultimately leading FP&A for the ASEAN market. Educational credentials include a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) degree from The Institute Of Cost Accountants Of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University.

Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries applied to multiple use cases in the mobility and energy sectors, to match our customers’ requirements. Agratas will also support its customers with the integration of cells into their applications, such as modules and packs. We have already secured two anchor customers, Tata Motors and JLR. They provide us with the scale to establish our global battery business. Agratas will be driven by our pursuit of green growth and technological progress. We will develop next-generation battery technologies at new R&D Innovation Hubs in India and the UK, collaborating with world-leading universities, research institutions and strategic partners. We are a scale-up business with a start-up mentality. Our name, derived from the Sanskrit word ‘Agra’, the world’s oldest language, stands for leadership.
