Calvin Winder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Calvin began their career as a Summer Associate at Fangda Partners in 2010, followed by a position as a Summer Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Clerk at Ray Quinney & Nebeker and as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Jay S. Bybee, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

From 2013 to 2017, Calvin Winder served as an Associate at Ray Quinney & Nebeker before transitioning to a role as Land & Government Affairs Manager at Farmland Reserve Inc in 2017. Calvin returned to Ray Quinney & Nebeker in 2019 as an Associate and subsequently joined Farmland Reserve Inc as the Director of Land & Government Affairs in 2020.

Most recently, Calvin Winder has held the positions of Director, Legal Compliance and Director of Business Development at Farmland Reserve Inc and AgReserves, Inc., respectively.

Calvin Winder completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2009, they started attending Duke University School of Law, where they pursued their higher education in the field of Law. From 2009 to 2012, Calvin obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree and also completed an L.L.M. (Master of Laws, International and Comparative Law) degree with a focus on International Law and Legal Studies. Additionally, in 2010, they briefly attended the Asia-America Institute in Transnational Law for an unspecified period of time.
