Elgin Moore, GISP, serves as a GIS Analyst at AgReserves, Inc. since December 2012, focusing on data management and the production of GIS products. Prior experience includes acting as a GIS Specialist for Box Elder County, where responsibilities encompassed managing GIS operations and reviewing compliance for subdivision plats. Elgin also contributed to the U.S. Forest Service, first as a Wildland Firefighter from April 1996 to November 2000, and later as a Lead Crewmember from January 2001 to April 2009, supervising fire suppression efforts. Earlier experience includes a GIS internship at the Utah Automated Geographic Reference Center, assisting with GPS data collection for the State Geographic Information Database. Elgin holds a Bachelor of Science in Botany with a minor in GIS and Remote Sensing from Weber State University, completed training at the Wildland Firefighter Academy from 2001 to 2002.
