Your responsibilities

Analyze real estate markets (market studies, feasibility, due diligence).

Design real estate acquisition and asset management strategies tailored to client profiles.

Monitor investments: profitability, rental management, and relationships with tenants and partners.

Collaborate with management and intermediaries to develop tailored solutions.

Assess investment risks and propose appropriate measures.

Provide regular, clear, and accurate reporting to clients.

Contribute to the firm's business development through your professional network.

Desired Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial consulting, asset management, or real estate investment.

Good knowledge of the European real estate market.

Strong skills in analysis, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.

Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and a high degree of autonomy.

Fluent in French and English; any additional language is an asset.

Proficiency in reporting tools and asset management software (a plus).
