David Horne has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering. David began their career in 1998 as a Software Development Engineer at Fujitsu. In 2006, they joined Fairfax Digital as a Senior Software Developer. In 2010, they moved to Simple Machines as the Director of Engineering. In 2019, they joined Slyp as the Head of Engineering. Most recently, in 2021, they joined AgriWebb as the Chief Technology Officer. David previously held the same role at Beam Wallet from 2015-2021.
David Horne obtained a BSc in Computer Science from Macquarie University between 1997 and 2000. David also holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services, which they obtained in July 2015.
