Saravanan Shanmugam has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Saravanan began their career at Dell Perot in 2003 as a Process Exec and worked there until 2005. Then, they moved to DataMarshall Pvt Ltd as a Team Leader from 2006 to 2007. Following this, Saravanan joined Phycare Services (India) Private Limited and served as a Team Leader from 2007 to 2012. Saravanan then joined Technosoft Corporation as an Assistant Manager from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Vee Technologies as an Assistant Manager. Saravanan then joined IKS Health as an Operations Manager from 2015 to 2017 and later as a Senior Operations Manager from 2017 to 2018. Saravanan further expanded their expertise at Access Healthcare Services as a Deputy Director of Operations from 2018 to 2020, and eventually as a Director Of Operations from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, Saravanan became the Assistant Vice President of Operations at Ascent Business Solutions in 2022. Saravanan is currently working as the Director of Operations at AGS Health from May 2023 onwards.
From 1997 to 2000, Saravanan Shanmugam attended Loyola College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
