He brings an exceptional track record of transforming customer, employee, and stakeholder experiences through technology powered products and services. He is passionate about using data, insight discovery and digital platforms to build and deploy products, platforms and services making transformation real and sustainable.
Before joining AGS Health, he was an entrepreneur, building real-time and data intensive platforms to bring an e-commerce like experience into traditional industries like insurance and healthcare. Prior to that he was the Chief Data Officer at Aetna, responsible for building a ‘unified data fabric’ as a pervasive, and trusted data ecosystem. He also held senior leadership roles at Cognizant and UBS Investment Bank.
Thomas holds a Bachelor’s in Technology from JNTU, Hyderabad and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
