Roger Swigart is an experienced financial services leader with a robust background in agricultural client solutions. Currently serving as the Senior Client Solutions Team Leader at AgStar Financial Services since August 2010, Roger leads a team of loan officers and financial specialists. Previously, as Vice President and Director of the Client Solutions Team, Roger managed Financial Services Officers across three branch locations. Prior experience at Badgerland Financial as VP-Financial Services involved overseeing teams of crop insurance specialists and tax consultants. Additionally, Roger held the position of Regional Vice President at Badgerland Farm Credit Services for over two decades, managing branch operations and focusing on marketing and business development for agricultural clients and rural homeowners. Roger earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
