Mohamed Alaa is currently serving as the Regional Total Rewards Manager at Agthia Group PJSC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mohamed held the position of Compensation Benefits Manager at Maxim Investment Group for six months in early 2023 and also at New Egypt Gold in 2022. Mohamed's experience in compensation and benefits management spans several organizations, including YARDEX and Bel, where various managerial and senior specialist roles were undertaken from 2011 to 2021. Earlier in the career, Mohamed worked as a Personnel Specialist at Abudawood Group and Orascom Development Egypt. Academically, Mohamed obtained a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School, along with a Diploma in Human Resources from Cairo University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from El Shorouk Academy.
