Carolina Zataray

Carolina Zataray currently serves as the Education and Public Engagement Manager at the Agua Caliente Cultural Museum, where responsibilities include overseeing educational program development and serving on the exhibition committee. Previous roles include leadership positions on the Board of Directors for the Museum Educators of Southern California, where Carolina directed financial and programmatic initiatives, created engagement opportunities, and contributed to the organization's restructured mission. Prior experience includes serving as Curator of Education at the San Bernardino County Museum and holding various teaching and outreach roles at notable institutions such as the Autry Museum of the American West. Carolina holds a Master's degree in History with an emphasis in Public History from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Riverside, along with a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Science.
