Michael Condes

Michael Condes has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently, as Vice President Client Services and Managing Principal at AHEAD since 2019, Michael provides consultative services to Fortune 500 clients, focusing on complex solutions that enhance business outcomes. Previously, from 2016 to 2018, Michael served as Practice Director for Security and Risk at AHEAD, where the emphasis was on developing security and compliance solutions. Michael's career at Allstate Insurance Company spanned a decade, where key roles included Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics, overseeing a large team and driving data strategy, as well as other managerial positions in infrastructure services and application development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University and an MBA with a focus on Finance, Strategic Management, and Accounting from Indiana University Northwest.
