Jeff Laitinen

Jeff Laitinen has extensive experience in parts management and customer service within the equipment rental and transportation industries. Currently serving as CSR II - Parts at Genie since November 2021, Jeff previously held the position of Parts Manager at Ahern Rentals and Equipment Experts Inc. Additionally, from 2006 to 2019, Jeff worked at Genie Industries, progressing from Buyer to Supervisor Customer Service, where responsibilities included supervising the parts sales team and implementing lean principles for continuous improvement. Prior experience also includes a team lead role supporting a call center team of parts professionals.
