Margaret Larsson (Zagdanska) has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Margaret started their career in 1999 as an Operations Manager at Provident Polska S.A., where they managed 10 company branches and approximately 100 employees. In 2007, they joined Solar Company S.A. as an International Franchise Manager, a position they held until 2015. Following that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at WOJAS from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they became the CEE Retail Director at Ahlers AG until October 2020, and then assumed the role of CEO Baltics/Nordics in Ahlers AG.

Margaret Larsson (Zagdanska) completed their Executive MBA at the Alto University School of Business in Helsinki, Finland from 2012 to 2014. During the same year, they also obtained a Coach certification accredited by the International Coach Federation through coaching training. Prior to this, Margaret attended Poznan University of Economics and Business, where they earned a Master's degree in Economy.
