Jesse Rivas

Jesse Rivas is a skilled medical laboratory professional with extensive experience in various laboratory roles. Currently serving as a Medical Laboratory Technician at AHMC HealthCare since February 2023, Jesse also held the position of Laboratory Technician at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center from February 2023 to August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Quality Control Associate in Analytical Sciences at Fate Therapeutics Inc and a Laboratory Operations Technician II at Kite Pharma. Jesse began a career in quality control at Dendreon and gained foundational experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at California State University, Long Beach, where participation in the Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) program occurred. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Science in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology from the College of the Canyons.
