Kevin Murtagh

Kevin Murtagh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive trial experience in products liability, medical malpractice, construction, premises liability, and automobile litigation. Since June 2017, Kevin has served as a Partner at Ahmuty Demers & McManus. Prior to this, Kevin worked as an Attorney at O'Connor O'Connor Hintz & Deveney from January 1994 to June 2017. Kevin's earlier roles included Partner at McGarry, Murtagh & Baker, and Managing Partner at O'Brien, McGarry, Murtagh & Mayr, overseeing a team of eight attorneys and managing a significant caseload. Kevin began the legal career as a Senior Associate at the Law Offices of James M. O'Brien from 1978 to 1982. Kevin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Adelphi University.
