Tracy Stone has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting in 2010, they worked as the Director of Associate Relations at Delhaize America. In this role, they provided strategic human resource counsel and support to executives and developed innovative HR strategies. Tracy then moved on to become the Director of Retail Marketing at Sweetbay Supermarket, where they were responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to support business objectives. Tracy also held roles as the Director of Deli Bakery and Manager of Culinary Strategy at Sweetbay Supermarket. In 2011, they returned to Delhaize America as the Vice President of Associate Relations and later became the Vice President of Talent, Diversity, and Organizational Development. Tracy currently holds leadership positions at Ahold Delhaize, serving as the Vice President of Global Talent, SVP of Global Head of Talent and Global Support Office HRBP, and most recently, as CHRO EU&I and GSO HR.

Tracy Stone obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Physics from Stetson University in 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Health, with a focus on Toxicology, at the University of South Florida from 1993 to 1995.
