Lequisha Caccavale has a diverse professional background with a focus on community support and regulatory coordination. Currently serving as a Community Instructor 3 at the Developmental Disabilities Institute since April 2023 and a Direct Support Professional at AHRC Suffolk since March 2020, Caccavale has a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Previous experience includes the role of Regulatory Coordinator at PipingRock and Consumer Affairs Representative for PostMarket Surveillance at The Nature's Bounty Co. Alongside these positions, Caccavale has worked as an Office Services Assistant at Brookhaven National Laboratory and a Medical Caseworker at Maryhaven Center of Hope. Caccavale holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University-Maryland, completed between 2006 and 2009.

AHRC Suffolk is a not-for-profit organization which provides programs and services to children and adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities on Long Island. Currently more than 2,500 people receive educational, vocational, residential, employment, and respite services through AHRC’s forty-two facilities.
