McKenzie Frost, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2014, they began their career as a Line Crew member at CREAM (Cookies Rule Everything Around Me), Inc., where they worked until June 2016. Following this, McKenzie joined California State University, Chico, working in Associated Students Dining Services from August to December 2016. McKenzie then joined Cabana Daves as a Server in May 2017, before moving on to sales roles at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. and Steve Madden in 2018. In 2019, McKenzie joined Houzz as an Account Coordinator, a position they held until October 2020. Currently, they work at AHV Communities as both an Office Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources, starting in October 2020 and April 2022, respectively.
McKenzie Frost, SHRM-CP, completed their bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Psychology at California State University, Chico from 2015 to 2019. McKenzie was also recognized for their academic achievements and made the Dean's List in January 2017.
In addition to their formal education, McKenzie Frost has obtained several certifications. McKenzie earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in January 2023. Prior to that, they completed the Human Resources Management Certificate Program at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in September 2022. McKenzie also holds a certification as a Notary Public, obtained from the California Secretary of State in February 2021.
