Ben Redshaw FCIPD is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in managing HR functions across various sectors. Redshaw served as the Head of International Human Resources at Travelers from 2006 to 2023, where responsibilities included directing HR strategies to enhance profitability in complex environments. Previous roles at Travelers involved HR leadership for Investments and Corporate Functions, as well as Group Talent Management, where Redshaw focused on talent succession planning. Additionally, Redshaw modernized HR operations in the UK and Ireland, significantly reducing costs. Prior experience includes positions at Cargill and The Walt Disney Company, complemented by a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marietta College.
