James Ha

James Ha is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Civio.ai since April 2024, James is dedicated to transforming interactions between businesses and government through AI solutions. Additionally, while advising at Warburg Pincus LLC and acting as Founder-in-Residence at AI Fund, James leverages expertise in growth strategies and investment. As a Co-Founder of GovtechScale, James focuses on accelerating the growth of GovTech startups. Previously, in the role of Chief Growth Officer at Euna Solutions and as CEO of eCivis, James was instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies within the public sector. Early career experiences include a Business Unit Manager role at Masco Corporation and Vice President at SOFTBANK Interactive Marketing Inc. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
