David Malott has a diverse work experience in the architecture and design field. David is the Founder and Chief Architect of AI PlanetWorks since February 2017. David is also the Founder and CEO of AI SpaceFactory since February 2017. Prior to that, they held roles at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, serving as Vice Chairman from November 2017 to February 2020 and as Chairman from September 2014 to October 2017. Before joining the Council, they worked at KPF as a Design Principal from June 1998 to January 2017. David also had roles at Hijjas Kasturi Associates as a Senior Designer from November 1997 to May 1998, at Nikken Sekkei as an Architectural Designer from April 1996 to November 1997, and at Veritas Design Group as a Designer from January 1996 to March 1996.
David Malott attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Art and Design with a focus on Architecture.
