Alan Arazi

Alan Arazi is an experienced NLP Algorithm Developer at AI21 Labs, focusing on post-training of LLMs and addressing challenges in steerability through AI-based data generation and evaluation. Prior roles include NLP Data Scientist at Gloat, where Alan led machine learning projects and implemented deep learning architectures for NLP, and Data Scientist at PayPal, addressing big data challenges in fraud detection and credit risk. Alan's career began as a Data Analyst at Convertonet, applying machine learning algorithms to predict customer behavior, and at MeeMix, enhancing user acquisition and retention through data analysis. Currently pursuing a PhD in Data Science at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Alan also holds an MSc in Statistics & Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
