Cody J. Thomas

Cody J. Thomas has an extensive work experience in the legal field, starting with their current role as Manager and Counsel at AIA Contract Documents since January 2022. Previously, they worked as an Attorney at American Tower from November 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Associate Attorney at Hartline Barger LLP, where they managed construction litigation cases and handled various legal tasks such as drafting pleadings, responding to written discovery, attending mediation, taking and defending depositions. Cody J. also negotiated settlements and appeared in court to argue motions and briefs related to civil procedure, construction defect, tort, and real estate claims. Before joining Hartline Barger LLP, Cody worked as an Associate Attorney at Alvarez Stauffer Bremer PLLC from December 2016 to October 2017 and as a Contract Attorney to Randall O. Sorrels at Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Aziz from September 2016 to November 2016.
