AIA Contract Documents

AIA Contract Documents is a leading legal contract platform with nearly 200 contracts, exhibits, and forms that define the relationships and terms involved in design and construction projects. With the rise of environmental consciousness in real estate development, we launched updated AIA Sustainable Project documents in May 2020, including a new scope of services and an updated free guide, to provide the roadmap for greener design and construction for all parties. Prepared by the AIA Documents Committee with the consensus of owners, contractors, attorneys, architects, engineers, and others, the documents have been finely tuned during their 120-year history. Our comprehensive contracts and forms are widely recognized as the industry standard and used by all industry professionals, including architects, contractors, owners, consultants, and attorneys. You can find the applicable contracts, exhibits and forms via two categories on AIA Contract Documents’ website. Search by families based on types of projects or particular project delivery methods and by series based on the use of the document.
