Mike Fiechtner is an accomplished executive in technology risk management, currently serving as the Head of Group Technology Risk at AIA since April 2021. Fiechtner leads the development and execution of technology risk governance across AIA Group and its Business Units. Previously, Fiechtner held multiple senior roles at HSBC from 2009 to 2021, including Global Head of Technology Risk and Control Review, where expertise in automation and data science was leveraged to enhance risk management practices. Fiechtner has also established regional technology risk functions in Asia and managed compliance with regulatory requirements. With a strong foundation in IT audit and advisory from KPMG Switzerland and KPMG Deutschland, Fiechtner holds an MBA from the University of Tübingen and several professional certifications, including CISA and PMP.
