Stephanie Caunter is an experienced marketing and customer strategy professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Strategy & Marketing and Agile Tribe Lead for Customer Engagement at AIA Malaysia since April 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie was a Board Advisor for Lean In Malaysia and held the position of Head of Marketing (Regional) at ADA, where brand and marketing strategies were developed to enhance recognition across nine markets. Experience includes serving as Global Director of Marketing & Communications at Catcha Group and Executive Director of Marketing Communications at PwC Malaysia, where strategic initiatives significantly contributed to brand recognition and business success. Stephanie also has a background in sustainability marketing at PwC globally, business development at AIMS Data Centre, and strategic marketing programs at Intel. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University.
