Dexter Agcaoili is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at AIA Philippines, responsible for overseeing investment governance and strategic allocations across all portfolios since June 2024. Prior to this role, Dexter held multiple leadership positions at AXA Philippines from November 2010 to June 2024, including Retail Propositions Director for Single Premium Products and Unit Linked Funds, and Director for Investment Solutions. Dexter also contributed to the Bank of the Philippine Islands from June 2013 to October 2017 and has held key positions at Vantage Equities Inc., Metrobank, and Citisecurities, Inc., focusing on investment management and business development. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, both from the University of the Philippines.
