Thomas Hübner

Thomas Hübner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure security and vulnerability management, currently serving as a Senior IT Infrastructure Security Engineer at AIDA Cruises since February 2024. Previously, Thomas worked at Munich Re for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included managing Windows Server environments, advanced logging and monitoring, and global client services. Prior to that, Thomas founded AHB System Consulting GmbH, focusing on IT consulting, network management, and training. Thomas's early career included various IT consultant roles at ITS Rewe Touristik and service as a helicopter pilot with Volksmarine. Thomas holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Verkehrswesen from Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences and a Dipl.-Ing. in Verkehrswirtschaft from OHS Brandenburg.
