Caroline Cappelen has extensive work experience in various roles within the product management field. Caroline is currently a Product Manager at Aidn, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Tellu as a Chief Product Officer from May 2021 to February 2022, and also held the positions of Board Member and Product Manager at the same company from December 2020 to February 2022.

Before their time at Tellu, Caroline worked at Telenor as a Produktsjef from January 2019 to July 2020. Caroline also served in a similar role at Direktoratet for e-helse from August 2016 to January 2019, where they were responsible for product management relating to e-prescriptions. Caroline's career in product management started at Helsedirektoratet, where they worked as a Senior Advisor E-resept from April 2013 to December 2014 and later as a Prosessleder from December 2014 to December 2015.

Their earliest work experience includes roles at Nittedal kommune, where they served as an Avdelingsleder from March 2011 to April 2013 and as a Fagleder from August 2008 to March 2011. Overall, Caroline has a solid background in product management and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Caroline Cappelen began their education journey in 2005, when they enrolled at Høyskolen i Akershus. Caroline completed their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse in 2008. Later, in 2011, Caroline attended BI Norwegian Business School, where they pursued a Master of Management degree with a focus on economics and transformational leadership. This program lasted for one year, ending in 2012.
