Zheng Wang has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting from 2010, Zheng worked as a Designer for Chinese Alumni and Chinese in Trondheim till 2011. From 2014 to 2018, Zheng worked as an Advisor/Developer for The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth. In 2018, Zheng worked as a Front-end Designer at Netlife Design, and later that year, joined The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth again as an Advisor until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Zheng worked as an Advisor at Norsk Helsenett SF. Currently, Zheng is working as a Senior Frontend Engineer at aidn since September 2022.

Zheng Wang obtained a Master's degree in Medical Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between the years 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at the Beijing Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010. In 2018 to 2019, Zheng Wang pursued a field of study in Interaction Design at Volda University College (HVO), although the specific degree obtained is not provided. Additionally, in 2014, they undertook a course titled "NORA0130 Mellomkurs i norsk, trinn III" at the University of Oslo (UiO).
