Souha Bouktaib currently serves as the Local Committee President at AIESEC Canada, where leadership, cultural exchange, and community impact are the focus. Responsibilities include strategic leadership and developing implementation plans. Additionally, Souha is involved in the Ethics Sub-Committee, assessing ethical behavior among members, and chairing the French Inclusion Sub-Committee to enhance participation among francophone members. Previous roles include team leader and member in various capacities, emphasizing team management and opportunity identification. Souha's experience extends to The Source as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional customer service, and as a Mathematics Tutor at Tutorat Pro, providing academic assistance. Souha is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at HEC Montréal, having previously earned a High School Diploma in Applied Mathematics.
