Ania Jarecka is an experienced marketing and education professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Public Relations at AIESEC Polska since February 2023. Ania is responsible for organizing promotion plans for recruitment and foreign exchanges, preparing promotional materials, and establishing media relations. Ania also works as an English Teacher at Early Stage, focusing on language instruction for children and adolescents. Previously, Ania held multiple roles at AIESEC Polska, including Team Leader of Business to Customer, Organizing Committee President, and Team Member of Incoming Global Exchanges, where responsibilities ranged from managing teams and planning marketing campaigns to coordinating recruitment processes and organizing events. Ania holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, completed in June 2023.
